What’s for lunch? Cajun chicken pasta with bell peppers, black & green olives, corn, and mushroom, topped with grated cheese; and creamy mushroom sauce ❤
Recipe:
– regular pasta with red sauce- marinate 1 chicken breast cut into cubes in buttermilk and cajun seasoning overnight- in a hot pan melt a cube of butter then add the bell peppers, olives, mushrooms, then a drizzle of Louisiana chili sauce, then add the chicken cubes, the corn and 05 tsp of cajun seasoning again, and mix them all till perfectly cooked- remove the cajun chicken & the veggies aside, and melt another cube of butter in the pan, then add the desired amount of red sauce pasta to it, then put it in a pot and add the chicken & veggies to it, mix them together, and serve your cajun chicken pasta Bon Appétit ☺️
