The killer lunch with the full recipe here
First time to buy gourmetegypt ‘s Australian Wagyu Striploin steak, and it really was worth the wait ❤
I seasoned it with:
1 lemon, juiced
2 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Louisiana chili sauce
1 tsp of drsalt ‘s low sodium salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp meat spices by spiceoflifeegypt
1 tsp BBQ blend by bab elsham
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp olive oil
And it should be left to marinate in the fridge for 24-48 hours
I used the same seasoning for the portobello mushrooms as well
For the oven-roasted veggies: I got carrots, potatoes, bell peppers (had yellow and green only), white onions, and zucchini
I seasoned them with:
– worcestershire sauce by americangardenarabia
– soy sauce by zumrafood
-salt by drsalt
– black pepper
– paprika
– BBQ blend by bab elsham
– onion powder
– garlic powder by spiceoflifeegypt
– turmeric
– olive oil
Put in the oven for around 45 minutes then serve it, and make sure to mix it every 15 minutes
Now back to the steak, I took it out of the fridge to take the room temperature, then I grilled it on a charcoal grill indirectly at first, then made the grill marks in the end, that’s a tip by the one & only msa l ah (the grilling time depends on how done you want your steak to be grilled)
The steak came out medium to medium-well, which is what I love most, and the taste was beyond excellent as the wagyu is the top of the line beef ❤
